John Edmundson Sam is a faculty member of the department of Theatre Arts University of Ghana, Legon. He holds MFA in Theatre Arts, degree in Theatre Management and Diploma in General Music. As a sound designer, John develops sound concepts for films, radio drama, and documentary. John also produces music for advertisement, radio and television signature tunes and montages. He also produces African music with contemporary touch through electronic music programing. Tutorials sections on the basic rudiments for African music from melody, harmony, style of responses, bell patterns, supporting drums, and creating new music out of the basic rudiments are his best moments.
